They are extremely profession and organized and are very attentive! They speak multiple languages so it helps if you may have a language barrier. K. L. Tax & Accounting still meet above and beyond our expectations! We have been filing our tax here for the 3rd year! Each year Kenneth makes us feel trustworthy of his business. Although, this year we didn't need to see Kenneth to file our tax, but he came out of his office to greet us. We had a great time talking to you, Kenneth! Our tax was prepared by Valerie, who is also so friendly and very honest and professional. She went over all of our documents that we brought for filing and let us know about the new tax law that may or may not be benefits to us which was very nice of her to explained that to us.

My parents have been doing their taxes here for years, and recently they did mine too. Yay for being an adult and working my own job. Kenneth, the accountant, and Valerie speak multiple languages (Viet, Cantonese, Mandarin, and English) so I don't even need to translate for my parents. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Valerie and sat down. There are a lot of people during tax season, but the wait was not too long because Kenneth and Valerie function very quickly and efficiently.
My parents and I were able to file our taxes within 30 minutes and my federal tax refund just arrived in the mail yesterday! TL;DR: This place is easy and convenient! Have been coming here for years and I will definitely continue to!
