First time I decide to use a Tax Professional and it was a mess, ended up paying a ton and left me with a bad amended return where I had to pay a lot more money when I was supposed to get money back. Would not recommend.

First update, they have taken my case back and continued working with the IRS to resolve my issue. I appreciate the effort and will update my review one more time once this is fully resolved.
Last update: IRS finally reported the expected change and Universal Tax Professionals did end up resolving the problem that happened with the IRS.

I contacted Asher and the team from Universal Tax Professionals with very short notice ahead of the 15 April deadline. He handled my internationally based Tax Return, plus back returns, very efficiently and quickly and ensured a solid refund. I was truly amazed how efficiently they handled my tax filing which had Overseas rental property. Overseas bank Accounts. Pension payments out of Australia , W2 , Social Security, Roth withdrawals etc Ms Moreno did all that without having a need to talk to me .
