BBA Bookkeeping is a fully remote bookkeeping firm based in New Hampshire, serving small and midsize businesses across the United States. Beth Carter founded the firm in 2014 after years of working as a bookkeeper and an executive assistant at the same time, which is why BBA brings real financial depth and back-office operations expertise to every client.

HOW WE START
Most clients begin with a Reality Check, a flat-priced, one week review of their current QuickBooks Online file. It answers the question a lot of owners are quietly sitting on: something feels off in my books, but I can't tell you what. The Reality Check tells you exactly what's wrong, how it got that way, and what it will take to fix.
From there we scope a cleanup if one is needed, then move you onto a custom fixed monthly package.
WHAT MONTHLY CLIENTS GET
Full-service bookkeeping including transaction recording, QuickBooks Online management, and document management. Quarterly review meetings with custom reporting. Coordination with your accountant so nothing falls between you. We also handle payroll reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, sales tax, 1099s, job costing, and catch-up work.
Automation and cost-saving recommendations come standard, because finding you money is more interesting than just recording it.
Fixed monthly pricing means you know what you're paying before the invoice shows up.
