In his business career he worked for public and private companies as Controller, VP of Finance, and Treasurer and has dealt extensively with companies in financial distress and startups.
He also served on the Odessa Board of Education for 9 years.
Bruce married his wife Debbie (Kinney) in May of 1976.
They lived in Blue Springs from 1977 to 1994 and subsequently returned to the Odessa area.
Bruce has been preparing taxes professionally for over 40 years.
In 1983 he opened a tax and accounting office in Blue Springs, ultimately selling that office to a CPA firm years later.
He also served on the Odessa Board of Education for 9 years.

Position requires substantial comfort and literacy with technology.
We are in search of one or more Tax Preparers for the 2022 income tax season.
Prefer prior experience in tax preparation and recent use of Drake Tax Preparation Software.
Hours are flexible.
Odessa Tax and Accounting LLC demands independence, integrity, objectivity, competence and due care from all of its personnel in the conduct of its business.
