Ottinger & Associates, LLC was formed in 1998 by Catherine E. Ottinger, CPA. She wanted to take her five years experience with a national accounting firm and combine them with her six years at a large local firm, in which she was a partner. It was always her desire to start a different type of practice. Ottinger & Associates is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the State Societies of Certified Public Accountants.
The firm is registered to practice in the States of Ohio, Indiana, Colorado and Connecticut. Also, Ottinger & Associates is a member of the Ohio Association of Nonprofit Organizations. These memberships allow for notification of changes in the profession. Ottinger & Associates is also a registered firm in the AICPA's Peer Review Program, requirements of which include quality control and a stringent peer review performance.
