We will also mail you a welcome and engagement letter (New for 2020: Engagement letters and fillable tax organizers are now available online).

Forms
Each new employee must complete the Federal, State, and City (if applicable) W-4 so that the correct amount of income taxes can be withheld from their paychecks.
Existing employees should submit new Form W-4s to their employer if their withholding allowances have changed or will change for the next year.

This will include completing the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services (USCIS) Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
