Income tax preparation and planning for individuals, small business owners, estates and trusts. I also provide representation for client matters involving the IRS, FTB, and other state/local agencies as needed. I was motivated by a desire to become a trusted advisor for clients and build long-lasting relationships within my local community. I look forward to assisting clients with their tax needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.

I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and former partner in a prominent forensic consulting services firm in San Francisco with over 20 years' experience in the tax and accounting field. I am an active member of CalCPA through speaking engagements, community service, and writing contributions for the California CPA, CalCPA's monthly publication.

I am a part-time adjunct professor at San Francisco State University (SFSU) teaching tax to upper division students during the Fall and Spring semesters.
